Orders will be shipped within 5 working days. I take care of the packing to make sure your items are securely shipped.

 

All shipments are sent via Royal Mail with a tracking number. You will receive an email with the tracking details once your order has been dispatched, so you can follow its progress.

 

Delivery for the UK and International:

 

For UK orders, taxes and import duties are included in the price.

 

Orders shipped to the EU, USA, and the rest of the world, your government may impose import duties or value-added taxes at the point of entry. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and must be paid by the purchaser.

If you receive your order and are not happy with it, you can return it within 14 days of receiving the package. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility, along with any potential import fees incurred for the return. As the entire concept of this project is based on sustainability, I kindly ask you to consider the extra work involved and the environmental impact of returns.
